The Italian owner of the Tecnica, Nordica, Blizzard, Lowa, Moon Boot and Rollerblade brands reported a 21% jump in sales last year to €561 million ($590 mm), an all-time record.

Private equity firm L Catterton, whose investments over the years have included Peloton, Liberty Safe, Rhone Apparel, Sweaty Betty, 2XU and Birkenstock, has sold a passive minority stake to investment firm Hunter Point Capital.
