With a full quarter of Timberland results and continued momentum in the Outdoor & Action Sports Coalition, VF reported record net income of $257,318,000, a gain of 365% compared to last year’s $54,309,000 for the final quarter ended Dec. 31 as revenues expanded 37% to $2,879,431,000 from $2,104,415,000. Last year’s results included a $201 million impairment charge on the contemporary brands coalition and this year’s results included $549 million in sales from Timberland and $33.8 million in net income.
