Varsity Brands Infringement Suit Dismissed
A TX district court judge has dismissed with prejudice a suit from “Hooplife” trademark owner Steven Magee, which accused BSN Sports, Varsity Brand's CEO Adam Blumenfeld, and general counsel Jerry Garcia of breach of contract and trademark infringement.
