Riddell Settles with Inventor
Riddell and former outside patent counsel for General Motors, William Jacob, have agreed to settle all patent infringement claims and counterclaims over energy absorption and dispersal technology, according to a filing in IL federal court asking the cases be dismissed with prejudice.
