The parent company of more than 30 sporting goods brands has acquired GolfLogix, a golf course mapping company with a library of over 40,000 courses worldwide, from Miura and True Spec owner 8AM Golf. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. GolfLogix joins Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, and PinSeeker at Revelyst’s San Diego headquarters as part of its new Revelyst Golf Technology platform, which was formerly called Precision Sports & Technology. Founded in 1999, GolfLogix was an early pioneer in handheld GPS technology for the golf industry.
