Nike, Timberland Sued over Designs


The Eager Beavertons, Converse, and Timberland are facing an infringement suit in CT district court brought by Mark Kratter, Boris Zuborev, and Eugene Finkelberg of East Village Shoe Repair fame for copying six of their designs.
