QILOO Intl. Ltd. of QuanZhou Fujian, China was sued in federal court yesterday by the Eager Beavertons, citing deliberate and willful infringement of Nike and Converse design patents and trademarks for at least the last five years. According to the complaint, NKE has hand-delivered notices of infringement to the Chinese importer at the World Shoe Association trade show seven times, dating back to Feb. 2007 but received no response.
