In a note to employees, Swoosh chief Elliott Hill announced significant changes in the C-suite as part of the company’s Win Now transformation plan, aimed at removing management layers and consolidating responsibilities. Venkatesh “Venky” Alagirisamy, a nearly 20-year Eager Beaverton who is currently chief supply chain officer, was named EVP, chief operating officer, reporting to Hill. Alagirisamy will take over technology leadership from chief technology officer Muge Dogan, who is leaving the company, and will continue to oversee sourcing.
