Net income attributable to shareholders increased 24% in the first fiscal quarter ended June 30, hitting ¥6,028 million ($37.8 mm) compared to ¥4,880 million, as revenues grew 13% to ¥71,505 million ($448.7 mm) from ¥63,528 million. Gross margin expanded 140 basis points to 43.6%, while SG&A was up 11%, but leveraged 40 b.p. to 31.9% of sales. Mizuno kept guidance for FY27 unchanged, expecting ¥280,000 million of revenue and net income of ¥19,000 million.
