Jarden Sees Modest Growth in Q4 Topline
Jarden is forecasting 2-3% revenue growth in Q4 to a range of $1.725-1.735 billion and net income of $205-210 million versus $46.7 million in the year-ago period in announcing preliminary results for the final period and full year. The company intends to take an impairment charge of $50-55 million for intangibles in its consumer products business in Q4 and separate re-organization charges of $25-30 million.
