Giant Bicycle Pushes Back on CBP Ban
The company issued a three-point response to last week’s U.S. Customs and Border Protection Withhold Release Order, which banned the importation of its Taiwan-made bikes, components, and accessories. The response tacitly admitted to labor issues while denying that a formal investigation had been made by the CBP.
