Fox Factory Bike and Marucci Sales Drive Top Line


Net income attributable to shareholders was down 49% in the second quarter to $2,744,000 from $5,407,000 on sales that increased 8% to $374,864,000 from $348,491,000. The improving performance and tariff visibility led FOXF to raise its full-year revenue guidance to between $1.45 and $1.51 billion compared to the prior guide of $1.385 to $1.485 billion. Net income is now expected to come in at $1.60 to $2.00 per share, down from the original range of $1.60 to $2.60 due to tariff pressure.
