Converse Sues Website for Chuck Taylor Infringement


The complaint, filed earlier this month by Converse, alleges defendant Modcloth, a Pittsburgh company with a Web business, infringed on the Chuck Taylor All Star trade dress and the brand’s “star in circle” logo with its offerings on its website.
