Compass Diversified Ratings Affirmed by S&P
The ratings agency affirmed CODI and its parent company’s issuer credit rating at B-, while affirming the B+ rating on the company’s senior secured debt and the B- rating on the senior unsecured debt. The outlook remains negative. In Aug., CODI extended the maturity of its credit facility by six months, reducing the revolving commitment to $54 million from $100 million.
