Compass Diversified Downgraded after Lugano Warning
A week after Moody’s put the 5.11, Boa, Primaloft, and Velocity Outdoor parent’s ratings under review, it now lowered CODI’s corporate family rating to B2 from Ba3 and also cut its debt ratings.
