Black Diamond to Raise $58.1MM Via Stock Offering
The parent of the Black Diamond and Gregory Mountain Products brands, which only has 57 shareholders currently with Executive Chairman Warren Kanders controlling 29% of the company, intends to sell 7.75 million shares priced at $7.50 per for gross proceeds of approximately $58.1 million.
