Bergans of Norway Establishes U.S. Subsidiary
The wholly owned subsidiary of the 103-year old Norwegian parent, Bergans USA LLC, will be based in Longmont, CO, and led by longtime industry executives Patry “Pat” Loomis as CEO, and Keith Patterson as VP of sales and marketing.
