While BIRD awaits the arrival of new styles and colors that it hopes will jumpstart sales, the second quarter net loss came in at $15,501,000 compared to a loss of $19,133,000, on 23% lower revenues of $39,685,000, down from $51,582,000. Sales were pulled down by retail store closures in the U.S. and the transition to a distributor model in some international markets. Allbirds ended the period with 21 U.S. and three international stores, down from 32 and 11 a year ago.
