Adidas Faces Shareholder Suit over Yeezy Missteps
The Big a, along with former CEO Kasper Rorsted and CFO Harm Ohlmeyer, are being sued in a proposed shareholder class action that accuses the defendants of concealing problems in the relationship with Kanye West. Adidas violated Section 10b and Rule 10b-5 of the Exchange Act by making statements that were deliberately misleading and failed to disclose materials facts, the suit claims.
