Forecast: U.S. Retail Sales Will Grow 3.4% to $2.53 Trillion in CY12

Hot Tuna Surf Brand Being Acquired for $1.5 MM by Sports Direct

Shareholders in U.K.-based Hot Tuna are slated to vote on approving the sale at a Feb. 6 meeting. Sports Direct subsidiary Brands Holdings, which already owns the Dunlop and Slazenger brands, is in line to acquire the business for £950,000 cash and install Mark Battles as Chairman.
