Wall Street Turning Positive on Industry Stocks Again

Although concerns remain about the U.S. market, investors are starting to think that maybe their flight from industry stocks after Q2 was a bit overdone, as they see a variety of trends from cleaner inventories and less consolidation at retail to tailwinds in foreign exchange and a relatively stable cost outlook creating a more full-price retail environment in 2018, along with the Republican tax cut that will clearly help retailers who derive most of their income from the domestic market.
