Sporting Goods Tech Focuses On Training At CES


Sensors and data capture technology integrated with increasingly sophisticated apps are on offer from established sporting goods companies and tiny startups at the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show running now in Las Vegas. Sensors for positioning and acceleration are finding their way into apparel, protective gear and sports equipment, taking connected fitness beyond counting steps and measuring heart rate to tracking motion and improving sports performance.
