Laurent Potdevin Resigns as Lululemon CEO over Misconduct Charges

The company said in a statement that it “expects all employees to exemplify the highest levels of integrity and respect for one another and Mr. Potdevin fell short of these standards of conduct.” Press reports indicated that there had been a series of incidents that led to the termination, which also included his exit from the board. He will be replaced in the interim by Glenn Murphy, the chairman, who will become executive chairman.
