Jack Wolfskin Recapitalized

Key investors in Jack Wolfskin have reached an agreement that will see its main lenders some €255 million in debt which will reduce its debt load to €110 million from €365 million in return for taking over the equity of the company. The lenders have also agreed to another €25 million as a senior loan to improve the company’s liquidity.
