Gander Creditors File Objections over Reclamation Claim Disputes

Out of a total of $15,560,070.85 in claims made by vendors for goods and services delivered just prior to Gander’s bankruptcy filing, the estate of the debtor proposes to pay just $1,119,457.00, according to court filings in the case. Gander is proposing to pay in full $614,903.77 to 23 vendors while another 31 unsecured creditors would get $504,553.24 from their total claims of $1,755,898.35. Another 138 claims totaling $13,189,268.73 would get nothing.
