Default Judgment Entered Against TSA Consignment Vendor

The Wilmington bankruptcy court ordered Boston Sports Apparel to pay WSFS $43,323.77 plus interest as a result of its failure to pay the term loan lender its portion of the proceeds from the settlement between the bank and consignment vendors in the Sports Atrocity case.
