Asics Grows Boston Presence with New Design Hub
The new location in downtown Boston is expected to be about 25,000-sq.-ft. and employ 50 persons, 25 from existing Asics offices in the U.S. and Japan and the rest new hires. It will also be near Asics’ key digital acquisition, FitnessKeeper that was bought last year for $85 million. The company’s Global Digital Hub that opened in Boston last spring already has several e-commerce and digital marketing execs based there.
