Adidas, Skechers Battle Over Puma Forever 21 Decision in Ninth Circuit

Skechers argues that the decision of a district court in CA to deny Puma a preliminary injunction in a case involving knockoffs should be applied to a case involving it and Adidas which it says has facts that are indistinguishable from the Forever 21 case.
