While several outdoor brands have noisily withdrawn from the Walmart e-commerce ecosystem in the past month, the Eager Beavertons will be selling a curated collection of Nike and Converse merchandise on WMT’s Jet.com site starting in Oct. Jet is positioning itself as an e-commerce site for urban shoppers, with a tailored shopping experience featuring more personalization and recommendations. The new site will be launched for New York City first before rolling out to other cities later. The Nike collection will be exclusive to Jet, and definitely not appear on Walmart.com or in stores.
