Under Armour Warns of Supply Headwinds after Record Year


Net income declined by 41% in the final quarter to $109,657,000 from $184,454,000 in Q4 2020, on a 9% increase in revenues to $1,529,205,000 from $1,403,766,000. The bottom line included $14.1 million of restructuring charges against $52.0 million in 2020, and $24.0 million in other income down from $178.6 million that came from the MyFitnessPal sale. Wholesale was up 16% to $768 million on strong full-price sales, despite the exit from about 2,500 stores as UA has cleaned up its distribution.
