Trump Tariffs Hit Baseball, Bikes, Backpacks and Bonnets


The list of $200 billion in Chinese imports will impose a 10% tariff effective Sep. 24 on a number of sporting goods products, and that rate will escalate to 25%, effective Jan. 1. That will, as a practical matter, delay the more serious impact of the tariffs until the Spring.
