Stella Sales, Profits Slip in H1
Net income was $21,232,000, off 25% from $28,364,000 for the six months ended Jun. 30 as sales declined 3% to $739,352,000 from $762,433,000. Men’s footwear sales fell 5% to $290.3 million while women’s footwear was up 3% to $427.1 million and retailing and its owned brand sales plunged 52% to $21.8 million.
