Rocky Brands Sales Grow from Acquisitions


Net income moved up 29% to $12,546,000 in the fourth quarter from $9,721,000 on sales that increased 93% to $169,452,000 from $87,618,000. The Boston Group – the Muck, XTRATUF, Servus, NEOS and Ranger brands acquired from Honeywell in March ’21 – contributed $79.3 million in sales. Wholesale sales were up 125% to $134.8 million, the retail segment posted a 13% increase to $26.5 million, and contract manufacturing (the former military segment, which now also includes private label programs) increased 96% to $8.1 million.
