Report: Nearly 53% of Holiday Shopping Completed by Dec. 10
The average U.S. holiday shopper, perhaps motivated by the flurry of early promotions, completed 52.9% of his or her purchases for the season by Dec. 10, according to data released by the National Retail Federation. In the holiday season’s final stretch, the NRF said it believes retailers will need to find creative ways to attract those with shopping left to do.
