Preliminary NCAA Concussion Settlement Scrutinized by Judge
Aspects of the $75 million proposed class-action settlement, which calls for the NCAA to impose strict new deadlines for diagnosing and managing player concussions and other head injuries, was questioned by U.S. District Court Judge John Lee yesterday during a court hearing.
