Although Randa had offered to up its bid beyond $28.90 per share, already $1.40 over the offer of the Feldenkreis family, the Randa bid was contingent on the transfer of the license of PERY’s largest licensor, presumably the Nike swimwear license, whose approval has been withheld. Randa said it would further increase its offer if the Feldenkreis family would support its offer, but they have said they have no interest in supporting that effort.
