NY Appellate Court Reduces Judgment Against Cybex, Co. Vows to Fight On
Cybex Intl. sees an appellate court in New York State reduce a Dec. 2010 product liability judgment against the fitness equipment company by 31%, to approximately $44 million. But the Medway, MA, firm, whose insurance coverage for the jury verdict is less than $4 million, intends to fight on.
