Nike, Under Armour, Adidas Outperform at Kohl’s
The mass market retailer called out the athletic brands for driving a 4% gain in national brand sales in Q2 and sees the surge continuing as it rides the athleisure trend in the back half of the year. Nike, Kohl’s largest national brand, drove sales in the quarter with new product introductions and the launch of Nike Golf there. The retailer is also benefitting from an expanded and elevated assortment from Adidas.
