Nike Argues Against Class Certification in Sex Discrimination Case


Nike has publicly re-filed its motion against class certification in the long-running sex discrimination suit first filed in 2018 by former employees Kelly Cahill and Sara Johnston, revealing its arguments that were initially filed under seal. The suit paints Nike as a company where women face obstacles at every level, from lower starting pay, to blunted career trajectories, lower salaries, smaller bonuses and fewer stock options.
