Moncler Momentum Continues in Q1
Revenues jumped 20% on a reported basis to €332.0 million ($407.9 mm) from €276.2 million in the first quarter, and were up 28% constant currency, boosted by double-digit growth in all regions. Retail sales were up 26% to €256.2 million, while wholesale was up 5% to €75.8 million. MONC does not report exact comps, but commented that they were well ahead of expectations. E-commerce growth was said to be in-line with the retail segment overall, and wholesale sales to e-tailers was up double-digits.
