Profits rose 2%to HK 40,163,000 ($5.1 mm) against HK 39,273,000 for the first half ended Jun. 30 as revenues fell 1% to HK 444,996,000 ($56.9 mm) from HK 451,532,000 before a HK 28,082,000 gain on the revaluation of property in last year’s comparable period.
