Judge Dismisses Complaint Against Nike on Outlet Pricing
A CA federal judge ruled that plaintiff Monika Taylor established sufficient facts to allege that she was economically damaged with purchasing sneakers at an outlet store that had dual price tags and ‘induced” her into thinking she was receiving a bargain; however, he dismissed a number of her other allegations because of the vagueness of the pleading while suggesting that she could re-file the complaint.
