Judge Agrees with Magistrate's Findings in Nike Suit
An Oregon District Court judge agreed with the magistrate’s findings last Nov. and denied certification for a proposed class of 5,200 female Nike employees in the Cahill v. Nike sex discrimination suit. The suit was originally filed in Aug. 2018, by two former female employees, alleging the Eager Beavertons were discriminating against women with regard to pay and promotions and fostered a hostile work environment.
