International, DTC Accelerates Skechers’ Momentum
Skechers touted its fast-growing international business and direct-to-consumer growth as driving its topline and profitability in a presentation at the B.Riley investor conference. International is now 54% of total revenues from sales in over 170 countries, and will continue to increase that share as it grows at twice the rate of U.S. sales. International wholesale is growing at an 18% clip, and retail and e-commerce is exceeding that pace with a combined 26% growth rate. SKX’s has an international direct-to-consumer presence in over 100 countries through its 657 owned retail stores.
