Big Foot’s new chief executive, Mary Dillon has moved to renovate the retailer’s senior management, three months after succeeding Dick Johnson in the role, in a move that will separate the commercial activities of its various banners from supply chain and IT functions. Long-time FL veteran and current COO Frank Bracken has been named EVP and chief commercial officer, but his responsibilities will remain largely the same, overseeing global retail, merchandising, and marketing, as well as digital, loyalty, and e-commerce.
