Su Ming Ling, a 50-year-old naturalized U.S. citizen and Taiwanese national, is charged with shipping some 200 containers with an estimated street value of $250 million worth of counterfeit Nike products as well as NFL jerseys, Ugg boots and other jeans and apparel between 2013 and 2017 using a variety of fake business fronts. Su filled out numerous fraudulent customs forms that misled customs agents about the actual contents of the containers.
