With the private sale of the assets to Sports Direct, the purchaser has decided to close 21 Bob’s stores and 27 Eastern Mountain Sports stores as part of the transaction. The store closing sales will be handled by Tiger and Gordon Bros. who are being paid a fee of 1.25% of the gross proceeds plus 90% of the proceeds they receive from additional merchandise they bring in.
