Dunlop Sets Major New Push in Tennis
The Sumitomo Rubber Industries brand will launch a global campaign in tennis that will include a new marketing message, branding, a key new sponsorship of the Australian Open and a new tie-in with the IMG Tennis Academy. Announced at the U.S. Open, Dunlop will make “Love the Game” its global message and launch a new series of racquets that uses the Powered by Srixon sub-brand. The Srixon brand in tennis had mostly been used in Japan prior, and that will eventually be integrated into the Dunlop brand.
