Net income was $1,350,000 compared to $1,312,000 for the second quarter ended Mar. 31 as sales declined 4% to $100,004,000 from $104,138,000, but were up 2% excluding comparisons with the now sold Junk Food business. Last year’s results also included a $1.3 million gain on the sale of Junk Food.
