Default Judgment Entered Against TSA Consignment Vendor


The Wilmington bankruptcy court ordered Boston Sports Apparel to pay WSFS $43,323.77 plus interest as a result of its failure to pay the term loan lender its portion of the proceeds from the settlement between the bank and consignment vendors in the Sports Atrocity case. While most of the consignment vendors agreed to pay the bank under the terms of the settlement, a few held out and there was one amount that was in dispute.
